- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in undergraduate student supervision

Job Description: The Research Associate will be involved in:
- Modifying electrodes and employing ionic liquids and poly(ionic liquid)s as solvents
- Assembling electrochemical cells and instrumentation
- Performing electrochemical characterisation using techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, square wave voltammetry
- Data analysis and methodological development
- Writing scientific journal articles
- Disseminating results at group meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Assisting with the supervision of PhD and Honours students
- Collaborating with other experimental teams
