Job Description:
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi invites applications from eligible Indian nationals for the position of Research Associate-I under a collaborative research project between IIT Delhi and M/s Thermax Pvt. Ltd. The appointment will be purely contractual with a consolidated salary and will be renewable annually or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. Candidates with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and relevant research expertise in clean energy or computational catalysis are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidates will work on an industry-academia collaborative research project between IIT Delhi and M/s Thermax Pvt. Ltd. Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting advanced research in clean energy technologies.
- Performing computational modeling and simulation studies.
- Developing and validating kinetic and catalytic reaction models.
- Utilizing DFT and HPC tools for process and catalyst analysis.
- Preparing technical reports, publications, and project deliverables.
- Collaborating with project investigators and industrial partners.
