Eligibility/Qualification-
- Ph.D. degree in any area of Life Sciences
- Candidates who have submitted their thesis and awaiting the award of a Ph.D. degree may also apply.
- Candidates should provide evidence of having conducted high-quality research in infectious diseases during or after their Ph. D. program with a peer-reviewed first-author publication in a journal indexed in reputed databases (SCOPUS, PUBMED etc.,)
- Desirable qualities: Experience in mammalian cell culture, recombinant protein expression and purification, gene expression studies, virus research.

However, the candidate must produce a letter from a competent authority stating that the thesis has been submitted and the final viva/defense is pending. A nominal research grant will be available under this program. |
