About- Applications are invited for filling the contractual positions Viz. Research Associate (RA) and Account Assistant for the project entitled “Centre of Excellence for Digital Farming Solutions for Enhancing Productivity by Robots, Drones and AGVs” operational in this University. These positions are available until the end of the project and subject to the financial support from the funding authority.

Research Associate | 01 Post (Rs.54,000 per month consolidated + 10 % HRA for Ph.D. (Rs.49,000 per month consolidated + 10 % HRA for M.Tech.) | Essential: Ph.D. degree in Mechatronics Engg./Robotics Engg. /Computer Sci. Engg./ Electronics Engg. or relevant discipline. Or Masters or M.Tech. Degree in Mechatronics Engg./ Robotics Engg. /Computer Sci. Engg./ Electronics Engg. or relevant discipline with at least three years of research experience having 1st division or 60 % marks or equivalent overall grade point average. The three years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship/Associateship/Training / other engagements and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) / NAAS rated (> 4.0) journal. Desirable: Experience in handling Robots, Drones, AGVs, Artificial Intelligence, Sensor Technology, and Digital Technologies in Agricultural Sciences and Engineering. Programming for developing advanced digital farm equipment, Sound Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). |

- The candidates for the interview will be shortlisted on the basis of academic performance and other credentials / practical test.
- Candidates if called for an interview must bring the original copy for verification purposes.
- Only shortlisted candidates in the ratio of 1:5 will be called for interview by email or mobile through SMS.

- Please note that only five eligible candidates will be shortlisted and called for interview by observing all rules of social distancing on the background of COVID-19.
