Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Focus on the characterisation and understanding of TMDC-based nanoelectronic devices such as transistors, memristive devices, and photodetectors.
- Conduct advanced electrical measurements to investigate device performance, contact effects, switching dynamics, and correlate these with material properties through complementary characterisation techniques.
- Collaborate with fabrication, synthesis, and theory teams within the EXPRESS consortium.
- Contribute to developing new measurement methodologies and, for experienced candidates, take a leading role in shaping characterisation strategies and mentoring junior researchers.
