Eligibility/Qualification Requirements:

  • Hold a PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • Prior knowledge of biology or immunology.
  • Experience in immune repertoire biology and machine learning is advantageous.
  • Skilled in data analysis of biological sequence data.
  • Proficiency in coding using R/Python.
  • Strong ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment under pressure and independently.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will work in Dr. Greiff’s laboratory, focusing on developing machine learning and computational sequence-based approaches to identify antigen-specific immune receptors from immune repertoire data. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing high-throughput BCR sequencing data from mice immunized with antigen.
  • Developing novel computational approaches for immune repertoire comparisons.
  • Creating machine learning methods for identifying antigen-specific sequences.
