Job Description:
The successful candidate will work in Dr. Greiff’s laboratory, focusing on developing machine learning and computational sequence-based approaches to identify antigen-specific immune receptors from immune repertoire data. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing high-throughput BCR sequencing data from mice immunized with antigen.
- Developing novel computational approaches for immune repertoire comparisons.
- Creating machine learning methods for identifying antigen-specific sequences.
