Rising Talent Fellowships: The MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) in Cambridge is offering two Rising Talent Fellowships for Black heritage Postdoctoral Scientists in the field of molecular biology and biomedical sciences. This 3-year fixed-term position aims to support the professional growth and development of scientists from Black heritage backgrounds. The LMB is dedicated to enhancing the representation of Black heritage scientists in the higher education sector, providing a platform for potential leaders in molecular biology.

Job Description: The Fellows will work closely with LMB Group Leaders, contributing to the scientific program and project direction within their assigned groups. Responsibilities include collaboration with world-class scientists, presentation of scientific work at seminars, drafting scientific papers, and contributing to research publication. The LMB fosters a collaborative working culture, offering flexibility in working hours and provisions for maternity, paternity, or adoptive leave.
