Description
The successful candidate will engage in independent research, contributing to the development of models and methods, experimental setups, data analysis, and publishing results. Responsibilities also include participation in teaching activities (5 SWS) and mentoring students. The research will investigate electrical energy storage systems, including lithium-ion batteries.
Specific Tasks Include:
- Modeling and parameterization of lithium-ion and post-lithium-ion batteries through the development of cell voltage models.
- Analyzing and modeling hysteresis behavior in lithium-ion batteries with silicon-based anodes and sodium-ion batteries.
- Developing model-based methods for cell diagnosis and battery management, including state estimation and prognosis.
