Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Chemical, Biomolecular, Biological Engineering, or a related field (engineering or quantitative science preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory assays such as PCR, ELISA, and flow cytometry.
- Background in assay design for low abundance biomarkers.
- Experience working under BSL2 biosafety conditions with complex fluids (e.g., wastewater, blood).
- Proven skills in experimental design and systematic studies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with adaptability to feedback.
- Record of impactful publications and patents.
Job Description

- Understand and work with the technology platform developed in AMR IRG.
- Plan and conduct experiments aimed at creating superior, cost-effective, and user-friendly medical diagnostic tests.
- Develop and validate innovative technologies and methods for quick clinical translation.
- Independently design experimental plans, methodologies, and protocols.
- Mentor and guide team members.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve project goals.
- Process, analyze, and report data efficiently.
- Publish research papers and patents on developed technologies.
