Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Cardiac Physiology and/or Cell Biology
- Strong track record in cardiac physiology research
- Scientific and technical expertise in cellular electrophysiology, confocal imaging, cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Experience with human induced-pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and tissue engineering is a plus

Two Years Post-Doctoral Position in Experimental Coeur Muscles
Patients with heart failure and preserved Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (HFpEF) pose a significant health challenge. The project aims to investigate mechano-electrical feedback in hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes treated with miRelax_1, a microRNA identified for its potential in enhancing relaxation velocity. The research involves advanced techniques in cellular electrophysiology, Ca2+ imaging, and mitochondrial function on human cell-based organoids to characterize stretch-induced ionic responses.
