Contrato Postdoctoral Juan de la Cierva: The Instituto de Investigaciones Biomédicas Sols-Morreale (CSIC-UAM, Madrid) is seeking candidates for the Contrato Postdoctoral Juan de la Cierva 2023, focusing on diseases associated with autophagy. Our research group explores the molecular mechanisms of autophagy and its connection to rare diseases, particularly those associated with the WIPI and VPS13 protein families. We utilize various non-animal experimental models, including Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Dictyostelium discoideum, and human cell line cultures. The Contrato Postdoctoral Juan de la Cierva focuses on investigating the mechanisms of autophagy and their association with rare diseases. Utilizing experimental models such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Dictyostelium discoideum, and human cell lines, the research aims to deepen our understanding of the molecular processes involved.
