Postdoctoral Collegiate Fellows Program: The College of Pharmacy invites applications for the Postdoctoral Collegiate Fellows Program (PCFP). This program aims to increase representation of future faculty in STEM, fostering a diverse and inclusive academic community. Recent PhD and PharmD graduates are encouraged to apply, dedicating their time to independent research, pedagogical, and professional development activities.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Must have received a PhD or PharmD degree from an accredited university before the fellowship start.
- Preference given to applicants outside of UofM.
- Candidates should indicate the preferred faculty department: Clinical Pharmacy, Medicinal Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Job Description: Postdoctoral Collegiate Fellows are expected to:
- Be in residence and actively participate in academic life.
- Regularly meet with a faculty mentor.
- Discuss and identify short/long-term goals for their working arrangement.
- Develop an Individualized Development Plan (IDP) with their mentor.
- Attend pedagogical and professional development programs.
How to Apply: Interested candidates must submit the following documents by the application deadline:
- Application letter/personal statement (1-3 pages) specifying the requested fellowship start date and preferred faculty mentor.
- Curriculum vitae.
- Research proposal (2-3 pages) outlining scholarly work and research plan for the fellowship period.
- Personal statement (1-3 pages) outlining commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia.
- Teaching statement (1-3 pages) describing teaching philosophy.
- Dissertation abstract (PhD) or research program proposal (PharmD) of 1 page max.
- Writing sample (1-2 samples; 35 pages maximum).
- Three letters of reference (to be submitted within two weeks of application).

Program Dates: Fellowship notifications will be sent out in early May 2024.
