Location: Brighton / Hybrid

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Higher degree in a social science discipline or equivalent qualification OR
  • Undergraduate degree in an applied social science discipline with relevant work experience demonstrating core competencies of the role OR
  • Qualifications and/or research experience equivalent to the above.

Job Description:

  • Conducting research in labour markets, employment policy, and HR practices.
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of research methods, including qualitative approaches, statistics, econometrics, and/or data science.
  • Utilizing the STAR framework to outline experience in:
    • Using quantitative and/or qualitative research methods or advanced analytic techniques.
    • Leading evidence or literature reviews and reporting research findings.
    • Managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
