Eligibility/Qualification:
- Higher degree in a social science discipline or equivalent qualification OR
- Undergraduate degree in an applied social science discipline with relevant work experience demonstrating core competencies of the role OR
- Qualifications and/or research experience equivalent to the above.
Job Description:
- Conducting research in labour markets, employment policy, and HR practices.
- Demonstrating a good understanding of research methods, including qualitative approaches, statistics, econometrics, and/or data science.
- Utilizing the STAR framework to outline experience in:
- Using quantitative and/or qualitative research methods or advanced analytic techniques.
- Leading evidence or literature reviews and reporting research findings.
- Managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
