Interdisciplinary Postdoctoral Fellowships: The Chemical Biological Centre (KBC), in collaboration with Umeå University and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), is offering four postdoctoral fellowships for interdisciplinary projects. The selected candidates will commence as soon as possible. The program, funded by the Kempe Foundations, aims to foster interdisciplinary research, train outstanding young researchers, and promote cutting-edge research in Umeå. Applications are open to candidates of all nationalities, with a deadline of April 9, 2024.

Qualification
Job Description:
- Develop collaborative projects under the supervision of two Principal Investigators (PIs).
- Receive a 2-year tax-exempt full-time fellowship along with grants for project running costs.
- Access core facilities and technical platforms such as Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden (CBCS), Protein Expertise Platform, metabolomics, proteomics, X-ray, NMR, Umeå Centre for Electron Microscopy (UCEM), and Biochemical Imaging Centre Umeå (BICU).
- Participate in activities to strengthen networks and collaborations in academia and industry.
- Engage with the Umeå Postdoc Society (UPS) to foster networking, career development, and social events.
