Eligibility/Qualification: To qualify as a post-doctoral scholarship holder, the postdoctoral fellow is required to have completed a doctoral degree or a foreign degree deemed equivalent to a doctoral degree. This qualification requirement must be fulfilled no later than at the time of the decision about scholarship recipient.
Job Description: The postdoctoral scholarship offers a unique opportunity for a postdoctoral researcher to explore new horizons in plant biology with the freedom to shape their research direction and the support to grow as an independent researcher. Our young and dynamic team is led by Assistant Professor Laura Bacete, at the Umeå Plant Science Centre, a highly international and scientifically competent department located in Umeå, Sweden.
