Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Recently obtained PhD (within five years) in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field
  • Proficiency in organic synthesis, purification, and characterization techniques (NMR, Mass spectroscopy, and absorbance spectroscopy)
  • Knowledge of supramolecular chemistry and self-assembly systems
  • Good command of English language
  • Skills, knowledge, or interest in molecular photoswitchers and soft skills development are highly appreciated

Job Description: The successful candidate will be involved in developing a novel family of dyes based on aggregation-induced phenomena, aiming to achieve photo response between their on and off emitting state. Responsibilities include conducting research, collaborating with team members, and contributing to the advancement of the field.
