Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in medicine, biomedicine, immunology, microbiology, biology, veterinary medicine, or related field
- Strong academic record
- Relevant research experience in animal models of infectious/inflammatory diseases
- Laboratory skills in molecular biology, immunology, microbiology, and metabolism
- Experience with omics analyses (transcriptomics, metabolomics) is a plus
- Proficiency in English
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Carry out an independent research project under supervision
- Complete PhD courses equivalent to 30 ECTS points
- Participate in active research environments, including a stay at another research institution
- Gain teaching or dissemination experience related to the PhD project
- Write and submit a PhD thesis based on the research project
