- Practical experience in protein purification, structural biology (cryo-EM or crystallography), and cell biological approaches is desired.
Job Description: The selected candidate will work on reconstituting dynamin protein complexes and their interaction partners on liposomes, characterizing these complexes structurally by cryo electron tomography. Additionally, in situ structural biology approaches will be used to determine the organization of these complexes in their cellular environment.
