Job Description
The PhD project focuses on the development of bespoke algorithms for optimizing chemical processes in flow chemistry. Key tasks include:
- Comparing design-of-experiments with self-optimizing methods.
- Iteratively developing and selecting algorithms to optimize cost, yield, and sustainability.
- Generating and refining process models for organic materials.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in the Materials Innovation Factory.
- Participating in a tailored training program developed with industrial partners.
