Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct research on a novel protein post-translational modification involving ATG8 proteins
- Utilize techniques such as cell culture, cloning, directed mutagenesis, Western blotting, lentiviral stable cell establishment, immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy, LC-MS/MS after purification, CRISPR/Cas9 screening, and BiFC assay approaches
- Collaborate with the “Autophagy and Antiviral Immunity” team, under the supervision of Guillaume Beauclair (MCU)
- Benefit from the advanced technological platforms and support services at I2BC
