- Eligibility/Qualification:
- A doctorate degree with a background in epithelial cell biology, mucosal immunology, or host-microbiome interactions.
- Candidates should be within 5 years of receiving their doctorate degree at the time of taking up the position.
- Minimum requirements include a PhD degree in immunology, microbiology, or a related field prior to starting this position.
- Job Description:
- Pursue research goals established by the Principal Investigator.
- Plan, develop, operate, record, and report on assigned research projects.
- Utilize genetic, molecular, cellular, biochemical, immunological, and in vivo approaches to investigate Vitamin A metabolism by gut bacteria.
- Collaborate with other researchers and train and supervise laboratory personnel.
- Collect, record, and analyze experimental data and prepare research data for presentations and publications.
