Job Description:
As a PhD student, you will work on an interdisciplinary project to investigate the molecular interactions driving the establishment of infections in Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a deadly bacterial pathogen. The project will involve the application of high-throughput genome-wide sequencing methods to characterize the regulatory network and molecular signals enabling infections.
