Research Area: Engineering principles of behavioral, neural, and psychological dynamics; psychiatric disorders; individualized treatments; closed-loop interventions.
Location: Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, University of Marburg, Marburg, Germany
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Dynamical Systems Theory, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Neuroimaging.
- Strong interest in mental health research.
- Proficiency in coding.
- Good command of English.
- Positions are open to motivated interns, PhD candidates, and postdoctoral researchers.
Job Description:
- Engage in interdisciplinary research that integrates engineering, physics, psychology, and medicine.
- Collaborate with experts across fields to explore and understand behavioral, neural, and psychological dynamics in humans.
- Contribute to research on psychiatric disorders and develop innovative interventions.
- Utilize state-of-the-art neuroimaging data and neural stimulation techniques.
- Work independently and flexibly while being supported by the lab’s resources.
