Research Area:
Understanding how genetic and environmental factors contribute to disease emergence by dysregulating human brain development.

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Computational Biology
  • Experience in stem cell and brain organoid cultures
  • Proficiency in molecular and cellular disease phenotype analysis
  • Skills in transcriptomic and proteomic profiling, high-end microscopy
  • Passion for developmental neuroscience
  • Ability to learn new methods to address challenging research questions
  • Desirable: CRISPR-Cas genome editing skills

Job Description:
As a Postdoc, you will enhance stem cell and brain organoid cultures, analyze molecular and cellular disease phenotypes utilizing various readouts including transcriptomic and proteomic profiling, and high-end microscopy. Be part of a team focusing on developmental neuroscience research in an international setting, with opportunities to learn image and omics data analysis.
