- Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree in physics, materials and nanotechnology, materials engineering or equivalent
- PhD in Physics, Nanoscience, and Materials Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of growth techniques, fabrication, and transport measurements in semiconductors
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Italian language (only for foreign candidates)
- Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to the synthesis and study of the transport properties of two-dimensional systems as part of the PNRR Extended Partnership. This will involve conducting research, performing experiments, and collaborating with the scientific team led by Dr. Lucia Sorba.
