- Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems
- Basic knowledge of statistical estimation methods
- Understanding of data assimilation methodology
Job Description:
- Develop ensemble-based data assimilation methods for integrating optical satellite data
- Apply methods with the Regulated Ecosystem Model (REcoM) and analyze results
- Publish and present research outcomes in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on real-world model applications
