Research Area

The project aims to develop efficient all-organic chiral emitters to enable power-efficient OLED technologies, focusing on enhancing the electroluminescence dissymmetry factor for various applications, including displays and optical data storage.

Eligibility/Qualification

Candidates are expected to possess a background in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related field. Experience in experimental and computational research is advantageous.


Description

This Ph.D. project tackles challenges in achieving efficient electroluminescence from chiral organic emitters through the design and synthesis of innovative TADF materials. The work environment will be collaborative, located in modern facilities designed for advanced material and device research. Responsibilities include the synthesis, purification, chiral resolution, and characterization of TADF emitters, as well as their integration into CP-OLED devices.
