Eligibility/Qualification:
- A Ph.D. (or evidence of near completion) in photonics, photovoltaic engineering, materials science, optoelectronic devices, physics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the fabrication of high-efficiency photovoltaic devices, particularly organic, perovskite, or silicon solar cells.
- Expertise in material development, solar cell testing, and engineering various solar cell components.
- Familiarity with computational modeling tools such as Python, MATLAB, or Comsol is a plus.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct research in light management and nanophtonic structure fabrication.
- Enhance photovoltaic parameters like open circuit voltage and short circuit current in thin-film solar cells.
- Focus on developing devices suitable for electric vehicle-integrated photovoltaics (VIPV).
- Participate in collaborative projects and report findings to the research group.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary determined based on experience and responsibilities, aligned with national and international fellowship standards (e.g., Ramon-y-Cajal, Marie Skłodowska-Curie).
- Family allowance available for eligible candidates.
- Initial contract duration of 1 year.
