Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related disciplines.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in perovskite solar cell fabrication and characterization.
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a research team.
- High motivation to engage in innovative research and development of new ideas.
Job Description:
- Conduct manual and semi-automated fabrication of perovskite films, layer stacks, and devices utilizing insulating layers at the interfaces.
- Characterize device performance through optoelectronic small-perturbation measurements and transient photoluminescence measurements.
- Analyze data and estimate parameters through analytical models and drift-diffusion simulations.
- Supervise and mentor PhD and Master’s students as needed.
- Actively contribute to research discussions, project planning, and reporting.
