Job Description
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Engage in research leveraging methods in structural biology (X-ray crystallography, cryo-EM), protein-protein interactions, and drug design.
- Conduct experiments related to protein purification, molecular biology techniques, and enzymatic assays.
- Actively participate in teaching and mentoring students.
- Contribute to scientific publications and grant writing.
- Collaborate with other researchers and groups within the Centre.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with protein purification techniques, prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems, and macromolecule structure analysis.
- Familiarity with software such as CCP4, Phenix, Relion, CryoSpark, and statistical tools like GraphPad/Origin.
