Research Area
Candidates will pursue independent research in collaboration with faculty in the Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior (EEB) section of the School of Biological Sciences. The faculty at UNL are engaged in diverse research areas, incorporating approaches and study systems that span topics such as:

Eligibility/Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in related fields (or completion of Ph.D. before the start date).
- A strong background in research relevant to Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting research that intersects with or complements the research areas within the EEB faculty.
Job Description
The Population Biology POE Postdoctoral Fellowship is designed to:
- Foster collaborations between postdoctoral scholars and EEB faculty at UNL.
- Promote graduate education and provide mentorship to students.
- Engage with faculty and graduate students to enhance interdisciplinary research.
- Lead a seminar, symposium, or outreach activities appealing to Population Biologists across the campus.
While in residence, the fellow will be actively involved in research, serve as a role model for graduate students, and organize events promoting the academic culture at UNL.
