Eligibility/Qualification
- A Master’s (second-cycle) degree in a relevant field for conducting research in interdisciplinary mathematics.
- Alternatively, at least 240 credits in higher education, with a minimum of 60 credits at the Master’s level including an independent project worth at least 15 credits.
- Candidates with a background in other sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology) and strong mathematical modeling skills are encouraged to apply.
Description
PhD students will primarily focus on their graduate education over four years, participating in seminars and workshops critical to CIM’s activities. They will need to complete at least 30 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) in courses related to mathematics, modeling, statistics, or scientific computing.
