Job Description:
The selected candidate will be involved in experimental characterization of protonation states in protein-nucleic acid interactions. The project will use:
- Atomic resolution X-ray crystallography
- Neutron crystallography
- Specialized computational approaches
The research will be conducted under the supervision of Jan Dohnálek in a highly collaborative and stimulating environment with access to state-of-the-art methodologies and computational tools.
