Eligibility/Qualification
- Relevant Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, robotics, or a similar field.
- Background in digital twin engineering, autonomous systems, and machine learning.
- Experience in fault detection, multi-objective optimization, and online decision-making.
- Familiarity with cyber-physical modeling and simulation, Digital Twins, and multi-agent systems.
- Proficiency in Python/R and probability & statistics.
Job Description
The PhD candidate will conduct research to advance Digital Twin applications for validation and certification in the pharmaceutical industry, thereby reducing time-to-market and improving maintenance strategies. Key tasks include:
- Developing methods to enhance Digital Twin capabilities for validation.
- Conducting digital experiments to streamline processes.
- Managing operation of multiple monitors and addressing system inconsistencies.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams at Technicon and Aarhus University.
