About- Applications are invited from talented and motivated candidates for working in a Mission Mode project, sanctioned by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi, entitled “Bioresource Conservation and Prospection (MMP025302)”

Location- CSIR-CSSMRI, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India

Eligibility/Qualification–

Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Botany/Plant Science/ Biological Sciences/Plant Molecular Biology & Biotechnology

Desirable: Minimum three publications in SCI journals

The selected candidates will work on physiological, biochemical, molecular biology and biotechnology related project activities in CSIR Mission Mode project entitled “Bioresource Conservation and Prospection (MMP025302)”.

Monthly emoluments (in ₹)

Rs. 42,000/-+ HRA

These positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The engagement of a project staff in different projects either in the CSIR – Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Bhavnagar or different Lab./Instt. of CSIR taken together shall not exceed 6 years in any case. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming extension or absorption in CSIR-CSMCRI, Bhavnagar.
