Eligibility/Qualification
Required Degree:
- Doctorate in Engineering or a closely related field
Minimum Requirements:
- A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
- Academic excellence and demonstrated research achievement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and high self-motivation
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in human factors research
- Experience in driving simulator research
- Coding experience
Job Description
In this position, the successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with and mentor students
- Assist in the development of driving and bicycle simulator studies
- Support the overarching research mission of the Ryan Research Group
- Write research papers and proposals
- Participate in research activities and contribute to a vibrant academic environment
The initial appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on research productivity and available funding.
