Description
The PhD position encompasses:
- Conducting in-vitro experiments on ingredient behavior and breakdown.
- Human feeding trials to assess gut hormone and appetite effects.
- Analyzing data to establish links between digestion behaviors and appetite responses.
- Publishing research in high-quality journals and presenting findings at conferences.
Supervision will be provided by Dr. Paul Smeets, Prof. Dr. Ciarán Forde, and Dr. Davide Risso.
