Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD degree in materials science, (applied) physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Research experience demonstrated through publications in reputable academic journals and presentations at international conferences.
- Strong interest and experience in joint academic-industrial projects.
- Vision and ambition in applied research in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Good communication skills with an excellent command of English.
Job Description
- Collaborate with academic and industrial partners to map the implementation of emerging computing paradigms.
- Monitor and analyze research developments and results from various consortium projects.
- Conduct proof-of-principle experiments with consortium partners where feasible.
- Utilize hands-on (wafer-scale) device fabrication based on advanced materials processing.
Offer
- Full-time position for 2 years.
- Gross monthly salary: €4,060 – €5,331 (based on full-time hours).
- Benefits include:
- Holiday allowance of 8% of gross annual salary.
