Eligibility/Qualification:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD in Biological Science or related field
- Experience in mixed methods data collection and analysis
- Strong writing skills with a record of (or strong potential for) publishing peer-reviewed research
- Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Biological Sciences with 4-6 years of experience in education research or related fields
- Experience conducting survey research
- Familiarity with coding in R software
Job Description:
The Postdoctoral Researcher will engage in the following core activities:
- Conduct literature reviews, cognitive, and focus group interviews for survey item development (25%)
- Prepare manuscripts, presentations, and dissemination materials related to survey development and findings (25%)
- Perform quantitative analyses, including exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (20%)
- Design, pilot, and revise survey items based on qualitative findings, expert feedback, and best practices (20%)
- Manage project activities including IRB submissions, pilot testing, data management, and documentation (10%)
