Eligibility/Qualification
- Excellent academic track record in Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical skills and competence in systems implementation.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and distributed systems.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Candidates must comply with the international mobility requirement; specifically, they should not have resided or worked in the Netherlands for more than 12 months in the past three years.
Job Description
Engage in transformative research by:
- Developing autonomous systems that can self-organize, self-optimize, and self-heal.
- Tackling challenges in edge computing, network orchestration, and distributed intelligence.
- Building real systems and working with network transport protocols.
- Deploying systems on cutting-edge infrastructure and validating performance through Internet-scale measurements.
- Contributing to several open-source projects, including Kubernetes and Oakestra.
