Research Area
The project focuses on developing organic molecules for charge-extraction layers to improve the efficiency and stability of inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs).
Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD degree conferred within the last 12 years or during the year of employment.
- Doctoral degree obtained from an institution other than IPC PAS or completion of a postdoctoral fellowship of at least 10 months in a different entity.
- Strong publication record and scientific experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Good experimental skills in fabrication processes and understanding charge transfer mechanisms.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design, plan, and conduct experiments related to the project.
- Fabricate high-efficiency perovskite solar cells and perform device characterizations.
- Manage research project tasks towards successful completion.
- Disseminate research findings through project meetings, peer-reviewed journals, and international conferences.
