Eligibility/Qualification

  • Experience in mechanistic and ODE-based computational modeling.
  • Knowledge of SBML file handling, Docker, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of wet-lab work and cell culture.

Job Description

The postdoctoral fellow will:

  • Develop the SPARCED pipeline for large-scale model construction and training personalized models.
  • Study in-silico interventions and drug combination responses in cancer cells.
  • Collaborate in a supportive lab environment committed to innovation and rigorous research practices.
