  • Establish and characterize human neuron-tumor co-cultures using iPSC-derived neurons and patient-derived GB models on High-Density Microelectrode Arrays (HD-MEAs).
  • Conduct longitudinal electrophysiological recordings to assess how tumor invasion alters neuronal network activity at both single-cell and population levels.
  • Utilize spatial transcriptomic techniques to map gene expression changes in neurons connected and unconnected to tumors.
  • Integrate functional and transcriptomic datasets to uncover molecular mechanisms underlying GB-neuron interactions.
  • Assist in drug screening efforts targeting neuron-tumor connectivity.
