Description

The candidate will engage in the design and fabrication of functional electrode materials to enable reversible analyte binding, high signal stability, and resistance to biofouling. The project will include:

  • Engineering interfaces with tunable binding kinetics.
  • Integrating sensors with transduction schemes.
  • Validation in controlled in vitro and ex vivo systems.
  • Participation in in vivo tests in mouse models and clinical trials.

Potential international secondments include working with Imperial College London and University Hospital Zurich.
