Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) and preferably a Master’s degree in
- Mechanical Engineering
- Materials Engineering
- or a closely related field
- Strong academic background (good GPA; Ph.D. admission requirements of the ME Department must be met)
- Strong interest in functional materials research aligned with AIMS Group focus
- Motivation to pursue advanced doctoral-level research
Job Description
The Ph.D. scholar will:
- Conduct research on processing and characterization of functional materials
- Work on intelligent and adaptive material systems
- Collaborate within the AIMS Group and interdisciplinary research centers
- Publish research findings in high-impact journals and conferences
- Contribute to the development of autonomous and multifunctional devices
