Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree in computer science or a closely related field.
- Strong background in AI with interests in foundation models and graph machine learning.
- Excellent programming skills and familiarity with modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in the language of the thesis at a B2 level.
Job Description:
- Conduct collaborative research within the AI4TECS project.
- Write a doctoral dissertation in computer science.
- Publish findings in leading international conferences and journals.
- Present results at scientific meetings and workshops.
- Moderate participation in teaching activities.
- Develop foundation models for EC identification from LC-HRMS data.
- Design hierarchical graph-based models for predicting toxicity.
- Enhance causal inference methods for transformation products prediction.
