Pre-Doctoral Scholarship in Organic Photochemistry: The Organic Photochemistry Group at the Universidad de La Rioja, Spain, invites applications for a fully funded Pre-Doctoral (PhD-track) Research Position. Eligibility / Qualification
- Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline
- Prior research experience in chemistry or allied fields
- Background in synthetic organic chemistry, photochemistry, and/or computational chemistry is desirable but not mandatory
- Scientific publications will be considered an added advantage
- Strong motivation, ability to work independently, and willingness to collaborate in an international research team
Job Description
- Conduct original research under the supervision of the Organic Photochemistry Group
- Define and develop a PhD research topic in collaboration with the supervisor
- Participate in interdisciplinary research involving experimental and computational approaches
- Contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations
- Engage in national and international research collaborations
- Actively participate in training, workshops, and career development activities
