Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in computational (cancer) immunology or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on experience with single-cell transcriptomics and spatial tumor profiling.
  • Strong motivation and excitement to discover novel immunotherapeutic targets for cancer using complex computational analyses.
  • Fluent in English.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead a cutting-edge project on B2M-mutant, CD8-evasive colorectal cancers.
  • Develop original analytical frameworks using state-of-the-art spatial profiling technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with experimentalists and clinician-scientists on leading immunotherapy trials and drug development initiatives.
  • Utilize spatial insights to understand immune cell behavior in highly immunogenic yet CD8 T cell evasive tumors.
  • Contribute to the discovery of unique targetable components of immune infiltrates for next-generation immunotherapies.
