Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in computational (cancer) immunology or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience with single-cell transcriptomics and spatial tumor profiling.
- Strong motivation and excitement to discover novel immunotherapeutic targets for cancer using complex computational analyses.
- Fluent in English.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Lead a cutting-edge project on B2M-mutant, CD8-evasive colorectal cancers.
- Develop original analytical frameworks using state-of-the-art spatial profiling technologies.
- Collaborate closely with experimentalists and clinician-scientists on leading immunotherapy trials and drug development initiatives.
- Utilize spatial insights to understand immune cell behavior in highly immunogenic yet CD8 T cell evasive tumors.
- Contribute to the discovery of unique targetable components of immune infiltrates for next-generation immunotherapies.
