Research Area

The fellowship is open to projects in any discipline of cancer research, with opportunities to engage in both experimental and bioinformatics laboratories.

Location

The fellowship will be hosted at the Cancer Science Institute at the National University of Singapore, located on the Kent Ridge Campus.

Eligibility/Qualification

  • Open to all nationalities.
  • Soon-to-be PhD graduates or those who have graduated within the last four years.
  • At least two years of graduate training outside of Singapore (either PhD or postdoctoral).
  • Must work in any area of cancer research.
  • Excellent track record of research achievements is required.
  • Candidates should be available to take up the position within six months of receiving the award notice.

Description

Fellows will develop independent research programs under the guidance of experienced researchers. The fellowship includes a competitive salary (up to SGD $93,000/year), an annual research grant of up to SGD $25,000, and a grant for equipment of up to SGD $5,000, along with access to state-of-the-art core facilities.
