Eligibility/Qualification:
- Required:
- Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (awarded within the last four years).
- Background in PNT, wireless localization, or related areas.
- Strong foundation in signal processing, estimation and detection theory, and wireless communications.
- Experience or strong interest in receiver design and LEO satellite systems.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Preferred:
- Experience with RF experimentation or wireless testbeds.
- Previous contribution to research proposals.
- Experience mentoring graduate or undergraduate students.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and/or C++ for simulation and algorithm development.
